Account data (name, email, organization), project content you upload (documents, notes, requirements), and usage telemetry needed to operate the Service.
We use your data to provide the Service: authentication, project storage, AI-assisted question and proposal generation, team collaboration, and support.
To generate questions, proposals, and external research, we send relevant project context to AI providers via secure APIs. Providers are bound by their own terms and do not train models on your data when used through our managed gateway.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: (a) sub-processors required to run the Service (hosting, AI inference, email delivery), and (b) authorized members of your organization.
Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted by role.
Project data is retained while your organization is active. You may request deletion via your organization owner or platform administrator.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law. Contact your organization owner to initiate a request.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. Do not use the Service if you are under that age.
We will post updates to this policy here. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
